Do you provide a guarantee on your pins?
Yes, we provide a 100% guarantee on the workmanship of our pins. Although it is uncommon, mistakes can happen. If any defects are found, we kindly ask that you notify us so that we can replace any defective pins free of charge.
How will my pins be shipped?
Each lapel pin order is shipped through UPS or FedEx Air and come individually packaged in their own poly bag (or other packaging option if chosen).
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, ACH Transfers, Wire Transfers, or checks by mail. We are sorry that we are unable to accept cash as a form of payment.
What is the quickest I could possibly get my order?
All packages are shipped the fastest way possible, which is UPS or FedEx Air. They typically deliver in two business days.
What are the lapel pin sizes?
Common sizes are ⅝”, ¾”, 1”, 1.25”, 1.5”, 1.75”, and 2”. We can custom make any size though, so if you are looking for a size that was not listed above just let a customer service representative know!
What are the minimum and maximum order amounts?
We require a 100 quantity minimum, but there is no maximum. The more you order, the lower your unit price becomes!
Can I have a physical sample of my design made for me?
The digital sample that we send to you is free, but if you would like a physical sample of your lapel pin then you must pay a sample fee. The sample fee will be a temporary charge of $155.00. Once you proceed to place your main order with us, part, or all of the sample fee will be reimbursed to your account. This will be determined on a case-to-case basis and for any further inquiries you should speak with a customer service representative.
Are there any designs I cannot use?
All designs sent to us must be original. We are not allowed to produce copyright protected designs such as Disney, Nike, NFL teams, Apple, etc.
Do you offer stock pins?
Currently, we do not. However, we may offer these pins in the future!
How long does it take to make my custom pin?
Once you approve your design and payment has been made, you will have your pins in hand in about ten days!
I have an idea, but cannot create it myself. Can you help?
Yes! We just need a description of your idea and then we can take care of the rest!
What file types do you accept?
We accept .pdf, .jpg, .png, .ai, .eps, .ppt, and .doc files. We cannot accept coral draw or .dat files. If your file type is not listed feel free to reach out to one of our customer service representatives for assistance!
