Pinmaxx was established with a firm belief that our customers are the cornerstone of our achievements. We reinforce every custom product we craft with exceptional customer service practices and a quality guarantee of 100%. The creation of each order is a collaborative endeavor, and you are a crucial part of our team. We rely on you to provide essential details to create the specific custom products (such as lapel pins, embroidered patches, lanyards, challenge coins, buttons, badges, keychains, and other promotional items) that you desire. As we work together, we both have responsibilities. We’ve outlined these responsibilities below for your convenience. These are the terms and conditions governing all our sales. Pinmaxx’s Responsibilities:

  • Quality Guarantee: We stand by our products with an unwavering 100% Quality Guarantee. Any defective custom product will be replaced at no extra cost to you. We kindly request that you submit a written claim of a defective product to us within 30 days of receipt. For purposes of this Agreement, “defect” or “defective” refers to a manufacturing error.
  • Accurate Information: Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof of your final custom-made product via email. This high-quality digital proof enables you to review spelling, verify colors, size, and make any necessary additional changes or corrections prior to production. The “size” of your lapel pin is determined by measuring the widest or tallest point of your design. Keep in mind that computer monitors/printers may not display colors uniformly; for precise color choices, consult a local art store or professional printer.
  • Order Confirmation: Before production, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This email will include (1) written specifications of your order (including pricing, type, size, quantity, colors, and estimated production time), (2) a finalized digital proof (incorporating any additional changes or corrections), and (3) a link to our terms and conditions page. If you are satisfied with the written specifications/finalized digital proof, simply send us your approval via reply email, and we will initiate the production process promptly. Online orders placed through our system do not require a Confirmation Letter email as they allow a comprehensive review of ordering details along with our Terms and Conditions.
  • Timely and Accurate Production: Once we receive your approval for the order confirmation described above, production will commence. While most orders adhere to the advertised timelines of 14 days or less, we cannot guarantee production or shipping times.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Intellectual Property: You are responsible for legal ownership of all logos, trademarks, and copyrights associated with your order. By submitting your design to Pinmaxx, you affirm that you possess the legal right to reproduce (or have reproduced) any logos or images related to your order. You also certify that producing any submitted images does not infringe on others’ intellectual property rights.
  • Proof Review: Examine the digital proof carefully upon receipt. Pay particular attention to (1) your chosen design, (2) spelling of words, and (3) selected colors. If no changes or corrections are required, send your approval via email. This signals to us that the order is approved. Due to the custom nature of our products, approved orders cannot be canceled for any reason.
  • Product Shipment: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee deliveries or be held responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. You are also responsible for shipping charges if the product is sent to a location outside the United States.
  • Referral Program: Our referral program has specific terms. Usage of your referral code with an alternate email to gain discounts and credits is prohibited and will result in voided credits, a ban on earning future credits, and removal of discounted amounts. Violators may receive an invoice or have their product quantity reduced.
  • Final Sale: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Defective products will be replaced within 30 days of receipt.
  • Binding Agreement: This agreement supersedes all other communications and constitutes the entire understanding between Pinmaxx and our customers regarding promotional product orders.
  • Legal Details: In case of a legal dispute, the jurisdiction and venue will be Orange County, Florida, USA. You agree to indemnify Pinmaxx in copyright/trademark infringement lawsuits arising from your provided copyright/trademark protected items for your product.
